Job Responsibilities
• Ensure day-to-day HR & administration work that has daily recruitment, attendance, leave, training, personal file update, resign, lefty & final settlement, etc.
• to rearrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection Policy & Procedure and make sure that fair recruitment is followed.
• to take care of all data records papers in reference to Recruitment & Selection, wages, and allowances.
• to take care of the employee’s Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
• to take care of & prepare employee ‘Resign List’ and ‘New Recruitment List’ for each running month & take the required step.
• to take care of management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Develop a technique to determine appropriate HR processes and practices within the organization as per management’s directives to satisfy the requirements of the growing organization, if required.
• to take care of human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Motivate, Counsel the staff to make sure maximum productivity and profitability.
• Assist & coordinate the performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
• the other tasks assigned by management
