 Job Responsibilities

 • Prepare, draft, write, proof-read, verify and manage all types of business & technical documents including but not limited to business & technical proposals, business case, commercial proposal response to RFPs/Tenders, letters, presentations, marketing materials, concept notes, user manuals, policies, process description, design documents, diagrams, etc. both in English and Bengali language. • Assist in the preparation of proposals, agreements, and presentations as per the request of the Sales and Marketing teams with a clear understanding of the requirements and specifications of the customers. • Study RFP/RFQ/EOI/Tender schedules of various banks/ NGOs/ donor agencies, Govt. ministries and corporate organizations and prepare the submission of bids/offers within the deadline with strict conformity of the rules and regulations of the concerned organizations. • Prepare technical documents for IT-enabled services as per the requirements of the software engineers architects and system administrators, including procedures, architecture descriptions, technical specifications, and detailed configuration information. Preferably in the software development and network security field.

• Oversee the accuracy and promptness of writing documents and submission to clients. • Maintain vendor enlistment e-Gp and other like system (UNDP, ADB, etc)., and submit response through the online portal. • Coordinate with business, technical, compliance, and legal officials to support and execute documentation activities promptly. • Train and guide other documentation staff on improving efficiency and evaluate their performance regularly. • Follow standard documentation writing conventions and implement a uniform corporate style in all internal and external documents. • Use appropriate strategies to delegate supporting documentation tasks to different personnel and ensure their deliverables on time. • Develop easily-comprehendible technical documents using different documentation and diagram development tools. • Mentor, coordinate and guide other writers and editors, and authorize layouts of different documentation. • Perform multiple drafting tasks such as writing, proofing, formatting, and maintain various kinds of documentation for serving different internal and external users. • Improve documentation quality consistently through discussions with business, marketing, research, and technical experts. • Manage documentation regarding policy and manage policy enforcement tasks/activities. • Ensure compliance with documentation needs through existing regulations and collaboration with assigned resources and update management on different compliance-related projects. • Contribute positively to satisfied audits during inspection visits by internal/external auditors. • Assist in conformity to regulatory norms and practices Employment Status Full-time
